The House is owned by the Cattier family in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne. The bottles are pink with pink colored labels. After disgorgement, bottles rest a minimum of 6 additional months in the cellar before release. The Rose' dosage is typically 9 to 10 grams per liter. The dosage is a special family formula that is barrel aged for 9 months or more. Riddling takes place over 30 days or more. Only first press juice is used and all processing including riddling and disgorgement is done by hand. A traditional Coquart press is still used. The rose' is composed of 50% Pinot Noir (12% is still red wine), 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier all from premier and grand cru vineyards.
